A career built through change.

My career has never followed a straight line. I’ve built organisations, grown teams, launched businesses, sold companies and started again more than once. Those experiences taught me that meaningful progress rarely comes from having every answer. It comes from being willing to adapt, make decisions and keep building. Today I bring that experience into the work I do with founders, teams and organisations navigating their own next chapter.
